Savings Accounts

The Poca Valley Bank offers two savings accounts: PVB Statement Savings and PVB Junior Savings. The PVB Junior Savings account is only available to individuals under 18 years of age and carries no minimum balance. ATM cards are available with the PVB Junior Savings account, but only to persons on the account over 18 years of age. The regular PVB Statement Savings account is designed for those over 18 years of age and requires a $50 minimum balance. Both offer the following features:

Certificate of Deposit / Individual Retirement Accounts

For long-term money management, Poca Valley Bank also offers Certificate of Deposit (CD) and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA).

Both CD and IRA accounts qualify for CDARS services to insure and protect up to $50 Million

Specialty Club Accounts

The Poca Valley Bank makes it easy to save for a vacation or the Christmas money crunch. We offer specialized savings accounts just for that purpose. The Vacation Club account matures in May and the Christmas Club account matures in October.
